October FAQs

  1. Why am I locked out or unauthorized to view a match? There are a few reasons why you may be unable to view a match.  The first thing you will want to check is whether all of your own video and scoresheets have been uploaded.  If they have not been, you will be locked out of viewing Other Matches.  Another reason may be your conference exchange rules.  If your conference rules do not permit you to view video from other teams portaluntil a specific date and time, you may receive the unauthorized message until that time. A final reason you may receive the unauthorized message would be selecting  on of your “Other Matches” that is played in the future.  To help prevent upload errors, we prevent you from opening Other Matches that are in the future.
  2. Why did my video upload fail? The most common reasons for failed video upload are the size of the file and the internet connection.  File size should be less than 3GB.  If your video is larger than that, it will need to be compressed.  Internet connection may also play into this.  We recommend uploading while on-campus and plugged into Ethernet.
